RETURNS, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Wester Incorporated “no return policy inquiries” allows all customers to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality.

Return Policy
All products will be subject to manufacturer’s warranty only and are not covered under a refund / exchange policy. The user can return it to the delivery staff at the time of delivery or the user can contact our customer support team and we will do the necessary. Wester Incorporated asks the user to check all items at delivery time. After sales service, wherever applicable, will be provided by authorized service centers of the appropriate manufacturers, based on their terms and conditions of warranty.. Please refer to the return and exchange policy for a refund.

Refunds
User order refunds / cancellations / updates will be processed as follows:

In the event that the entire order is canceled or returned:

a) Prepaid Orders – Credit card payments, debit card, net banking and online wallet will be refunded for each tender paid by the user.
b) COD Orders – Cash payments, debit and credit cards and will be refunded to the customer in accordance with each store refund policy.
c) Delivery costs will be refunded to the user.

In the event of partial refund:

a) Prepaid Orders – Credit card payments, debit card, net banking, and online wallet will be refunded for each tender paid by the user. Amount paid by prize points and gift cards will be deposited into the user’s store fund.
b) COD Orders – Cash payments, debit and credit cards and will be refunded to the customer in accordance with each store refund policy.
c) Delivery costs will not be refunded to the user.

Refund, Trade and Cancellation Policy:
All products listed on our website may be returned under the following conditions:

Product Status: The product cannot be returned unless it is defective, faulty, or unsatisfactory.

Products must be returned in the original condition that the user received. Please understand that Wester Incorporated cannot accept refunds under the following conditions:

a) Restoration will not be enjoyed on modified, damaged, used products
b) Damage due to mismanagement of the product; products with damaged or non-existent labels; any returned product except for all packages and materials used, including box, manufacturer if available, original invoice and all other original packaging and product (s) delivered.

Verification time:

a) Processed items – no refunds, unless a standard check has been made. Product may be returned at the time of delivery
b) All New Items – Product may be returned upon delivery

All user-made payments for products that have been properly refunded will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy. If a user thinks that Wester Incorporated has given the wrong return, please immediately contact.

Please note that card refunds in the event of pre-paid orders can take up to 15 business days for the user bank to complete, depending on the processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and Wester Incorporated will not be liable for any delay of refund to card companies.

We do not provide any guarantees of any accuracy or validity of the refund that reaches the Customer / bank card. This is due to the large number of organizations involved in processing online transactions, problems with the currently available internet infrastructure and working days / holidays for financial institutions.
Although every effort has been made to accurately record products, errors in data entry and updating are possible. Wester Incorporated reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a transaction in which the prices indicated were not the correct price. In rare cases, Wester Incorporated will refund all the money the customer receives. Wester Incorporated reserves the right to cancel any order that does not fall under the terms of service and / or does not originate from a city, PIN or location where Wester Incorporated does not currently provide.
